I discovered Bluauto by accident they were the closest dealership with the Audi model that I was looking for in stock, and it looked terrific on their webpage. I was particularly impressed with the company website, their reassuring customer centred business policy and glowing customer reviews. I can only confirm what everyone else has said here. These guys are really nice people to deal with patient, polite, and professional. Joe took me on a test drive, took care of all the paperwork and promised the car by the weekend. I purchased the ceramic paint protection as an extra which took Joe a whole morning to apply personally. On collection, the car had been prepped to perfection – only the number plate indicating it wasn’t a brand-new showroom model. It had been serviced and provided with a new MOT and looked absolutely fantastic. Sorry for the delay in this review guys, but I’ve been so delighted with the car that I’ve been driving it around every day for the past three weeks and this is the first opportunity I’ve had to congratulate you on your service! I would not hesitate in recommending your company and would especially direct anyone to your excellent website to see for themselves what you have to offer.

I was impressed with the company from my first glance at their informative website and the service I received on visiting in person exceeded my expectations. We were looked after by Ben Cooper who is absolutely lovely and a credit to the company. He was relaxed, very patient and could not have done more to help us find our ideal car, nothing was too much trouble. Indeed, we met quite a few members of staff on our three visits and everyone was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. You really feel that customer service and selling quality cars is of paramount importance to them. We collected our Mercedes C220 Sport Estate a fortnight ago and are absolutely delighted with it. My partner loves it so much that we went out for dinner and he chose to drive rather than have a drink and get a taxi he was so keen to drive it again. I can't recommend this garage highly enough.

Great experience buying a car from these guys. I bought a VW Passat Estate a few weeks ago, Ian was very helpful and professional. I got the very real impression that Bluauto take great care in the cars they select for sale and take customer service very seriously. My wife and I travelled down from London by train to look at our car; Ian picked us up from the station in the car and took us for a test drive. At the showroom we never felt under any pressure to buy the car, we had plenty of time to look it over and discuss it privately. The car was exactly as described and in great condition. On the day I went to pick the car up it had been serviced, given a new MOT and looked immaculate. Ian had even taken the trouble to include a new set of plates for when we changed the registration. Great car, great service.

I have in the past week purchased a VW Passat CC from Bluauto, dealing with Jack. I have to say that I found Jack to be very professional in his approach, warm, friendly and made me feel , as a customer, important- which having bought and sold a few cars over past few years, is a very pleasant change. His knowledge of the vehicle was good, anything he didn't know he did not try and blag his way past, he said "I don't know I will find out" again a refreshing change and instills a lot of faith in the dealership. Jack explained everything in good detail, the test drive allowed me to drive the car in various road conditions, no pressure to hurry up- again excellent- able to get a true perspective of how the car handled. THE CAR! lovely lovely vehicle, well presented, matched its write up. On picking the car up- it was in pristine condition, clean inside, actually smelt of air freshener! looked the business. The handover was great-would recommend Blueauto to anyone buying a car

Being based 450 miles away in Scotland, there's always a hesitation of whether the car will be as listed or turn up at all! After viewing their website and talking to them on the phone, I could tell that they're a proper outfit that can be trusted to provide a quality car over that kind of distance. Guy and his team didn't disappoint by delivering (at a very reasonable cost) my car to me in Scotland with a very quick turnaround. Needless to say the car was as listed and even had a little clean before being handed over after a mucky journey up the M6.
